In 1996, ATP Maintenance, LLC., a woman owned business, was started as an apartment turnover company that did painting, sheetrock, and detail cleaning for over 40 clients in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, MN.  Through our relationships with management companies we started to work in the hospitality industry. 

ATP Hotel Renovation, a family run business, grew from our experience in doing hotel renovations throughout the United States.  ATP takes pride in working on a one on one basis with every owner, management, other contractors, designers, and architects in order to ensure that the services and products we provide are done in a timely manner with our high quality guarantee.  In 13 years of business, our level of experienced industry experts has grown to over 30 contractors who have a combined 600 years of experience.  We believe that ATP Hotel Renovation is only as strong as its contractors, and our extensive portfolio demonstrates that we have a team that is devoted to superior service and quality.  With any renovation project, there are opportunities to zero in on more cost effective ways to keep budgets in line by streamlining the process.
